The combined entity will continue to focus on providing highly efficient, safe, and comprehensive local turnkey marine services, either as the vessel operator or as the lead manager, using its established database; providing fully certified marine personnel across the spectrum; and offering associated logistics, supplies, and victualing across the full range of OSVs, drill rigs, and supporting infrastructure.
